Team Driver Job Overview
- Up to $100,000 per driver. Covenant is built to reward teams with higher, more consistent earning power, offering $0.52–$0.74 CPM based on verified experience.
- Miles that keep both drivers paid. Teams average 5,500 miles per week, with top teams running up to 6,500 miles, keeping trucks moving and paychecks strong.
- $8,000 sign-on bonus per team. Covenant rewards established partnerships—teams must be together at least 90 days to qualify. California drivers are not eligible
- Dedicated freight, predictable lanes. Run dry van dedicated team lanes with consistent freight that supports high mileage and reliable weekly income.
- Home time options that fit your rhythm. Enjoy weekly or bi-weekly home time, depending on location, without sacrificing miles.

Team Driver Requirements
- Must be pre-matched team
- Valid Class A CDL
- California:
- Minimum 3 months teaming together
- Willing to obtain Hazmat, Doubles/Triples endorsements within 30 days
- Other states:
- At least 3 months experience
- Hazmat endorsement required
- Willing to obtain Doubles/Triples endorsements within 30 days
